1. About these Terms

These Terms govern the monthly digital-content membership provided through CSToken.net by Kimiyoka ("CSToken," "we," "us," or "our"). By starting a paid membership, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

2. The membership

CSToken is a monthly digital-content membership supplied for one 30-day billing period at a time. After payment is confirmed, we send the current billing period's digital kit to the verified sign-up email. A kit may contain files, templates, presets, guides, reference materials, or other digital resources described on the product page. Each successful renewal starts a new 30-day period and provides that period's kit and active-period benefits.

The exact subject, format, file type, and included member benefits may vary by billing period. The product and checkout pages shown before payment form part of the purchase information for that billing period. No purchase creates lifetime, perpetual, or indefinite membership access.

A billing period may include a promotional benefit described on the product or checkout page. Promotional benefits are supplied for educational and informational use, have no separate purchase price or cash value, and do not guarantee any business, financial, productivity, or other result. Unless the checkout page expressly states a shorter period, a promotional benefit is available only during the related paid 30-day period and is not lifetime or perpetual.

3. Price and payment

The membership price is US$69 for each 30-day billing period unless a different price is clearly shown before payment. The first payment is charged when the order is completed. The same price is then charged automatically every 30 days until the membership is cancelled, subject to any price change accepted or notified as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. CSToken does not directly collect or store full card numbers, card passwords, or card verification codes. Your card issuer may apply exchange rates, taxes, or other charges outside CSToken's control.

4. Email delivery

The current billing period's content is supplied electronically to the verified sign-up email after successful payment. For renewals, the new billing period's content is supplied after the renewal payment is confirmed. Delivery begins when the content email is successfully dispatched and the content is made available to that address.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address and checking spam, promotions, and blocked-sender folders. If a delivery email is missing or a file cannot be opened, contact us so we can verify the delivery and resend or replace the content where appropriate.

5. Permitted use

Your membership and the supplied content are for your own personal or internal business use. You may use the content as part of your own work, but you may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, share, or make the original files or substantially equivalent copies available to another person. Membership access may not be transferred or shared.

You must not use the service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with delivery, or obtain content through fraud or unauthorized payment.

6. Intellectual property

CSToken and its licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, and supplied content. Payment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute the source materials.

7. Renewal and cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal from My subscription before the next payment is processed. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally reverse the current billing period or retract content already supplied. Your active-period benefits remain available until the paid period ends unless a refund, fraud, or material breach requires earlier termination.

We will not maintain a permanent download archive after the membership ends. Keep the content emails and files you are entitled to retain under these Terms.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Because the membership supplies reproducible digital content by email shortly after payment, the right to withdraw may be restricted once supply has begun. This restriction does not remove rights that cannot be excluded by law, including claims for non-delivery, duplicate payment, damaged or unusable files, or content materially different from what was advertised or agreed.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the delivery process, supported file formats, member benefits, promotional benefits, or service interface when reasonably necessary. We will not materially reduce a paid billing period's promised content without an appropriate remedy. We do not guarantee a particular business, financial, productivity, or educational result from using the content or a promotional benefit.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where payment is reversed or overdue, the membership is shared or resold, these Terms are materially breached, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, CSToken is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by a customer's incorrect email settings or unauthorized sharing, or failure caused solely by an external provider beyond our reasonable control. If an external failure prevents delivery, we will provide the remedy required by law and the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumer disputes may be handled through the competent court or an applicable consumer dispute-resolution body. Questions, cancellation issues, and refund requests may be submitted from My subscription or sent to contact@cstoken.net.
