Refund policy

Refund Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

1. What this Policy covers

This Policy applies to CSToken's US$69, 30-day digital-content membership. The current billing period's kit is sent to the verified sign-up email after payment confirmation, and a new kit is supplied after each successful renewal.

2. Voluntary one-hour unused refund

In addition to rights required by law, CSToken offers a full refund when both of the following conditions are met: the refund request is submitted no later than exactly one hour after the payment time recorded by the payment provider, and the customer accurately declares that no supplied content, membership access, or promotional benefit has been used. Both conditions are required.

This one-hour unused refund is a voluntary customer-care policy. A request made after the one-hour window, or a request that declares any use, is not eligible under this voluntary policy. It does not limit any refund, withdrawal, replacement, or other remedy that mandatory law requires.

3. Before digital content is supplied

If supply has not begun, a consumer may request withdrawal within the period provided by applicable law, normally seven days after receiving the contract information. Contact us promptly through My subscription or by email. Cancelling automatic renewal by itself stops the next payment; it is not automatically a refund request for an existing charge.

4. After email delivery begins

The membership supplies reproducible digital content electronically. Once the current billing period's content email has been successfully dispatched and the content is available to the verified sign-up email, supply has begun and withdrawal for a simple change of mind may be restricted. Whether an email was opened is not the only factor; delivery evidence and the customer's ability to access the supplied content are considered.

If a transaction contains separable content that has not yet been supplied, rights that apply to the unsupplied portion remain available as required by law.

5. Cases reviewed for refund or replacement

  • The same billing period was charged more than once.
  • The content was not delivered to the verified sign-up email and we cannot complete redelivery.
  • A delivered file is damaged, materially incomplete, or cannot be used as described, and replacement does not resolve the problem.
  • The supplied content is materially different from the advertised or agreed content.
  • A renewal payment was processed after cancellation had already taken effect.
  • Another refund or withdrawal right applies under mandatory law.

Where the issue can be cured promptly, we may first resend the email, replace the file, or provide the correct content.

6. Cases normally not refundable

  • Change of mind after digital-content supply has begun.
  • Failure to check the sign-up inbox, spam folder, or an email address that remained accessible to the customer.
  • Failure to download or use content that was correctly supplied.
  • Loss caused by forwarding, sharing, deleting, or modifying a supplied file.
  • Compatibility limitations that were clearly disclosed before payment.
  • A request based only on the loss, expiry, or non-use of a promotional educational benefit that had no separate purchase price or cash value.

These limits do not override non-excludable consumer rights.

7. How to request review

Sign in, open My subscription, choose the refund request type, and describe the payment and delivery issue. You may also email [email protected] from your sign-up email. Include the payment date and a concise description of the problem. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.

8. Review and payment reversal

We review the payment record, cancellation status, content-delivery evidence, and the issue reported. The result is sent to the sign-up email. When a refund is legally due, we initiate it within three business days after a valid withdrawal or refund determination. The payment provider or card issuer may need additional time to display the credit.

An approved refund for the current billing period may end the associated membership benefits. A chargeback or payment reversal may also suspend access while the payment status is investigated.

9. Cancelling future renewals

You may stop the next automatic payment from My subscription before it is processed. You will not be charged for the following billing period after cancellation takes effect. Content already supplied for paid periods remains subject to the license in the Terms of Service.
